Flexible Options supports individuals from the age of 18 with a learning disability, who are autistic or who are neurodivergent and provides a high-quality, meaningful service that offers opportunities and experiences that help them reach their full potential.
Our focus is on developing the skills of people, individually or in a group situation, through long and short-term projects, both within a community setting and at our office in Newport.

We are based in Newport, South Wales. We have two buildings. Our main office is located at 1 Cardiff Road. Our other building is located at 316 Chepstow Road.

Our services can be accessed via referral from your social worker following an assessment of need. Alternatively, you can employ us on a private basis or by accessing direct payments.

We run our service between 9 am and 3 pm, Monday to Friday.
The day is broken into two sessions (am & pm). You can attend for a full day or half a day.
We are not open on weekends or Bank Holidays.

We will visit you and have a chat about your interests. Then we will build a timetable around that information. The aim is to put together the most fulfilling week possible.

We operate a mix of from the house picks up and meeting in our offices or prearranged public spaces.

Healthy Heroes
Our Healthy Heroes group were luckily enough to film a series of videos with the Aneurin Bevan Health Board. The series was aimed at individuals with a learning disability and/or autism to raise awareness of the importance of brain health.
