A Brief History

It all began in 2014 when Erika, Hayley and Julie started Flexible Options in a tiny room housed at Barnabus Arts, providing support to a handful individuals.

Over the years the company has slowly grown and now it is spread over five locations and provides hundreds of hours of service each week to many happy individuals.

Erika has spent over 40 years working as an epilepsy nurse for the NHS. Hayley and Julie spent over 30 years managing services, first the local authority then their own company.

The Friday Explorers dropped in to Llyfrgell Maindee Library to donate the money raised at our Big Summer Day Out for the Maindee Food Pantry. We raised an incredible £471.30!! The Maindee Food Pantry does an incredible job supporting people
