What We Offer
We provide a progressive, community based sessional service for Individuals with disabilities and vulnerable adults.
We strive to develop and reinforce independence skills within group environments and on a 1:1 basis. We are committed to promoting independence within a safe and supportive community environment. We consistently adhere to a person centred approach.
Our Sessions are run and supported by experienced staff offering individuals the opportunity to explore & learn new skills to become as independent as possible.
How Can Our Services Be Accessed?
Via referral from your social worker following an assessment of need. Alternatively you can employ us on a private basis or by accessing direct payments.
We currently offer services to people living within the City of Newport and the counties of Torfaen and Caerphilly.

About The Company
The company has been set up and is managed by Hayley Rosser, Julie Rickett & Erika Rees, who between them have:
• Over 20 years each of experience working for local government and health authority managing services for adults with disability.
• Experience as Agency Managers registered with the Care & Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW).
• Undertaken their NVQ 4 training in Management.
• Registered Nurse Learning Disability
